XAT 2021: Register for the great test till 30 November

XAT 2021 registration has commenced quite sometime ago and those who are yet to apply for the exam can register till 12 pm of November 30.

Management course study aspirants can apply for the exam till 12 pm of November 30. The application process for XAT 2021 began on September 12 this year.

XAT 2021

XAT 2021Admit card for XAT 2021 will be made available from December 20 onwards and XAT 2021 will be conducted on 3 January 2021.

The timing of the exam will be from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on that day. The mode of the examination will be online.

XLRI which is also known as Xavier School of Management conducts Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT).

XLRI conducts XAT on behalf of Xavier Association of Management Institutes (XAMI).

XAT 2021 scores can get admission not only in XLRI but also in other B-Schools which are also known as XAMI.

XAMI members
ABBS School of Management in Bengaluru in Karnataka, Asian School of Business Management in Bhubaneswar in Odisha, Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) in Chennai in Tamil Nadu are members of XAMI.

These above said institutions also admit students into them for management courses based on XAT scores.

About XLRI
XLRI was formerly known as Xavier Labour Relations Institute and is a private business school run by the Society of Jesus (Jesuits) in Jamshedpur in Jharkhand in India.

XAT 2021 test cities
XAT 2021 will be conducted across the country in many cities and the list of them is given below:

Agra, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad City (Maharashtra), Allahabad, Ambala, Amravati, Amritsar, Bengaluru, Berhampur, Bhatinda, Bhilai Nagar, Bhopal.

Bhubaneswar, Bokaro Steel City, Chandigarh/Mohali, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi-NCR, Dhanbad, Dibrugarh, Durgapur/Asansol, Ernakulam.

Gandhinagar, Goa, Gorakhpur, Guwahati, Gwalior, Hooghly, Hubballi(Hubli), Hyderabad, Indore, Jabalpur, Jaipur, Jammu, Jamshedpur, Kannur, Kanpur, Kolkata.

Kota, Kottayam, Kurnool, Kurukshetra, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Madurai, Mangalore, Mumbai, Mysuru(Mysore), Nagpur, Nashik, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Rajahmundry.

XAT 2021Application process
Applicants must remember that the process for applying for XAT 2021 is online.

Exam enthusiasts can visit the official website of XAT 2021 at ‘https://xatonline.in/’ and click the button ‘Register’ located next to the banner.

Post clicking the button, applicants can commece the registration process by providing their name, their email id, their mobile number and type a password of their choice, select the state they belong and then enter the captcha and then press ‘Register’ button.

Post registration candidates would obtain credentials (username and password). Applicants can use the credentials and login and commence applying for XAT 2021 exam.

After filling the application form, applicants can upload their recent photograph size photograph which is of 20KB to 50 KB in size.

Applicants must put their signature on a plain white paper in black ink and take a picture of that or scan it and upload it while filling the application.

The size of the image of the candidate’s signature must be between 10 KB to 20 KB.

After all the details in the application for XAT 2021 are filled and photograph and signature image are uploaded, applicants have to pay the registration fees.

XAT 2021 registration fee is Rs 1750, applicants who are interested in XLRI programmes have to pay an additional fee of Rs 300 each.

XAT Registration Fee (with late fee) is Rs 2050. Candidates interetsed in XLRI programmes needs to pay an additional fee of Rs. 500/- each.

Registration fee payment for XAT 2021 can be made by using debit cards (RuPay/Visa/Master Card/Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.

Post payment of application fee (registration fee) for XAT 2021, applicants can make the final submission of the application form.

Applicants must take a print out of the confirmation of final submission and preserve it for future use.

XAT 2021Exam pattern
XAT 2021 is an online computer based test. The maximum marks in the test is 100 and number of questions are 100.

The questions are divided into four sections. Every correct answer in XAT 2021 exam will fetch one mark and every wrong answer will lead to a deduction of 0.25 mark.

The total duration to answer all the questions in three hours.

Verbal and Logical Ability (26 questions), Decision Making (21 questions), Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation (28 questions) and General Knowledge (25 questions) are the subjects from which the questions have to be answered.

Eligibility
The eligibility for XAT 2021 is that applicants willing apply for the exam must have passed their graduation in any discipline.

There is no compulsory minimum passmark required criteria for applying for the exam. A simple pass in the qualifying graduation exam is more than enough.

Even candidates who are completing their final year of graduation can also apply.

However they have to pass the exam by the time admission process begins and have to produce the marksheets of the qualifying exam.

The portions to be covered for XAT 2021 are very vast, however, a planned preparation is the key to pass with flying colours.

The topics to be covered for XAT 2021 are Verbal and Logical Ability, Decision Making, Quantitative Ability and Data Interpretation and General Knowledge.
