TISSNET 2023: The great dates are announced

TISSNET 2023 dates have been declared and students who have applied for the test can note them. Admit cards for the popular test will be available for download from February 16, 2023, onwards and the exam is to be conducted on February 25, 2023.

TISSNET is expanded into TISS National Entrance Test and is conducted once every year by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, also known as TISS. TISSNET 2023 is meant to be conducted this year (2023). Students seeking admission into various programs at TISS can focus on this test.

Over 57 courses are being offered at the institution which comprises five one-year courses, 51 two-year courses, a three-year BEd and MEd program, and three PG diploma programs. The process to apply for TISSNET 2023 is online and the last date for that has been extended to January 28 from its earlier January 15, 2023.

How to apply for TISSNET 2023

The process to apply for TISSNET is online and candidates can visit the official website with the help of the URL ‘https://admissions.tiss.edu/#tiss_programm’

Individuals can type the URL mentioned earlier on their computers’ browsers and allow the website to download. Once the website has been downloaded, they can view the list of the courses available. Once they have seen the programs available, candidates can click the link for application and register.

Registration must be done, and an account must be created with a username and password. Post account creation, candidates can log in and start filling out the application form for TISSNET 2023. The registration fee has to be paid and the application has to be submitted along with the required documents.

Documents to be submitted are the 10th class mark sheet, 12th class mark sheet, mark sheet of the qualifying exam, or any other suggested alternative if scorecards are yet to be obtained, community certificate/PwD certificate (if applicable).

Process of selection

Candidates have to pass TISSNET 2023 with the required qualifying marks. The score of the candidates in the test has to be greater than the suggested qualifying marks or equal to it. Students with required qualifying marks in TISSNET 2023 can apply for the further process which comprises counseling or an interview.

Selection of the students for the courses will be on the concepts – the performance in the entrance test (TISSNET 2023), performance in the qualifying degree exam, choice of the course by students, and availability of seats.
