SSC link to check app – Applicants from southern and norther regions for SSC Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSL) 2019 can now know their application status by clicking a link. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has enabled a link for that on its official website.

Candidates who come from the northern regions can click the official link of SSC ‘https://www.sscnr.net.in/newlook/Status_CHSL_TIER_I_2019/CheckRoll.aspx’ to verify the application status. The link to do the same for southern region applicants is ‘sscsr.gov.in‘

Applicants from southern region once the they click their respective link, they can enter their online registration number, date of birth to their application status. Candidates from the northern region once they click their respective link, they can provide their registration number, their father’s name and date of birth to know the application status.

The other option is entering their roll number, father’s name and date of birth for knowing the application status. If candidates do not know the roll number, they can enter their complete name, father’s name and date of birth to know the status of their application.

While the links to know the application status for southern and northern region applicants are available as of now, the links for the same will be brought in for other regions also. Once this happens, applicants from other regions will also be able to know their application status.

It is to remember that CHSL exam is for the purpose of filling the posts of Lower Divisional Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operators in offices of various departments of Government of India.

The registration (applying) for the exam took place from 3 December last year to 10 January this year. The tier I of the examinations are to be held between 16 to 27 March this year.
