LPU NEST 2023 application submission is on till 31 March 2023. Students interested in joining Lovely Professional University (LPU) for studying courses of their choice can apply for the test.
The registration in the present schedule was thrown open on 1 February 2023 and the last date to submit applications is 31 March 2023. The slot booking for online examination will be made open from 15 March 2023 onwards.
Students who have submitted applications successfully can book slots to write LPUNET 2023 online from 15 March onwards. The dates of the examination are from 5 to 30 April 2023.
The results for LPUNEST 2023 will be displayed on 5 May 2023, students who have passed the test with the required qualifying marks can take part in the further process of admission.
Minimum qualifying marks also known as cutoff scores are the pass marks candidates have to score in the exam to be eligible for further admission process which may comprise counselling, group discussion/interview and document verification.
The score of the candidates in the exam has to either be greater than the cutoff marks or equal to it to be eligible for further admission process. Working hard with determination will yield success.
What is the LPU NEST 2023 Exam?
The full name is Lovely Professional University National Entrance Test and Scholarship Test. This is an institutional-level exam conducted by Lovely Professional University which is popular as LPU.
Students who wish to seek admission into various courses offered by LPU have to appear for this test. Candidates with good scores in this exam will also be offered scholarships.
The test is conducted once a year and LPUNEST 2023 is meant to be held in 2023. The medium of the exam is English. However, the medium related to language subjects (Ex: MA Punjabi or MA Hindi) would be that particular language.
Who can apply for the exam?
Eligibility criteria to apply for LPUNEST 2023 will depend on the type of subject the candidate wishes to apply for through the exam. Applicants for graduate courses must have passed plus two from a recognized educational institution located anywhere in India.
Students who have passed graduation in the relevant discipline can apply for PG courses through LPUNEST 2023. Students aiming for science courses in graduation must have passed plus-two in the science stream with maths/biology, physics and chemistry as subjects.
Applicants for other graduate courses in other streams can pass plus two in any stream. Students appearing for their qualifying degree exams or who have appeared for the exams and are waiting for results can also apply.
Those students have to pass the exams related to their qualifying degree and provide proof of it by the time of admission. The documents have to be provided to avoid rejection at a later stage.
How to apply?
The process to apply for LPUNEST 2023 is online and candidates have to visit the official website of LPU to submit applications. The URL to reach the official website is ‘https://nest.lpu.in/’
The URL mentioned above has to be typed into the browser of the computer and the website has to be allowed to download. Once the web page is available in the browser, the candidates have to click the registration link.
Post clicking the link, candidates can provide details like their name, date of birth, and email id and create an account comprising a username and password. Once the account is ready, candidates can log in and start filling out the application form for LPUNET 2023.

The form has to be filled and the registration fee has to be paid and submitted. Post submission, applicants have to wait for the message indicating successful submission, once it is obtained, it can be downloaded and a printout of it has to be taken and preserved for future use.

BTech, MTech, BA LLB, BDesign, and MDesign are among the courses that can be applied through LPUNEST 2023. BA Journalism and Mass Communication, MA Journalism and Mass Communication, MSc Physics, and Bachelor of Physiotherapy are also among the academic programs to which students can seek admission through LPUNEST 2023.
