JNUCET 2020, also known as Jaipur National University Combined Entrance Test 2020 is a gateway for students to enter higher education arena. A pass in the exam allows students to get admission into various graduate, post graduate and doctorate courses.

JNUCET 2020 exam is conducted to provide admission into B.Tech, B.Ed, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Media Studies, Allied Health Sciences, Agriculture, Fashion Designing at graduate level.

At post graduate level the courses offered M.Tech, MBA, Masters in Law (LL.M), Masters in Education (M.Ed), MBA-Fashion Designing and MCA.

Some of the engineering streams for which admissions can be sought through JNUCET 2020 are Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Food Technology.

A few of the courses at Post Graduation level in engineering (M.Tech) are Mechanical, Civil, Computer Science. MBA is also offered in Hospital and Healthcare Management.

Eligibility
Applicants seeking admission into graduate engineering courses through JNUCET 2020 must be a pass in class 12th examinations with atleast 50% marks with Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science as subjects.

Candidates applying for B.Tech in biotechnology or food technology oriented courses can have more focus on biology and biotechnology subjects of their 12th standard.

Applicants for M.Tech courses in JNUCET 2020 must be holding an engineering degree in relevant discipline (BE or BTech) with a minimum of 55% pass marks. Aspirants for MBA courses must be having a degree from any discipline from a recognised university to attempt JNUCET 2020.

MCA course aspirants must be having a degree in any discipline with maths as main subject at plus-two level. For B.Ed candidates must a pass in plus-two and for M.Ed applicants must be holding a B.Ed.

Candidates willing to study law at graduate level, LL.B must be a plus-two pass out with 55% pass marks. Aspirants planning to study law at post graduate level must be a graduate in law.

For other courses at graduate level, candidates who wish to apply for admission through JNUCET 2020 must be a plus-two pass out. For other post graduate courses, applicants must have the relevant degree at graduate level with at least 55% pass marks.

Candidates targeting PhD admissions through JNUCET 2020 must be a pass out in the relevant subject at the master’s level.

Method of selection
The selection method is through written test JNUCET 2020, candidates passing this will be called for an interview. Candidates shortlisted in the interview will be considered for providing admissions in their desired courses.

Candidates must also remember that Jaipur National University (JNU, Jaipur) accepts scores of established national level exams.

Candidates having valid CLAT scores (for BA/BBA LLB), PTET scores (for B Ed), and PMET scores (for M Ed) are exempted from appearing for JNUCET 2020 exam. For admissions into MBA, the university only accepts MAT/CAT/CMAT/XAT/ scores.

Candidates for MBA having the valide scores of earlier mentioned national exams must attend Group Discussion and personal interview.

How to apply
Candidates targeting JNUCET 2020 can register for the exam in online and offline mode. For online registration candidates can visit the official website of JNU Jaipur at ‘https://www.jnujaipur.ac.in/admission-information/‘ to register for the courses.

Candidates have to register first and obtain user name and password, post obtaining these, applicants can go ahead with registration of JNUCET 2020.

Candidates can pay the fee of Rs 1500 through net banking, credit card, debit card. The offline method is to obtain a Demand Draft for Rs 1500 drawn in favour of ‘Jaipur National University,’ payable at Jaipur to the university office.

Near New RTO Office, Jaipur Agra Bypass-Jagatpura Jaipur – 302017.’ Applicants can personally approach the above mentioned address and pay the required fee to obtain application for JNUCET 2020.
