JEE Main 2022 Session 2 great admit card released

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 admit card has been made available for download on the official website. Candidates who have filled the application form and paid the registration fee and submitted it can download the hall ticket which is also known as admit card.

The hall tickets for applicants who are writing JEE Main 2022 Session 2 in India have been made available on 21 July 2022. The same for candidates who will be writing JEE Main 2022 Session 2 in test centres outside India have been made available on 25 July 2022.

Jee Main 2022 Session 2National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the JEE Main 2022 Session 2 and candidates who will be appearing for the exam at the designated test centres must carry with them the hall ticket and produce it to the authorities concerned there to gain entry.

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 comprises three papers, Paper 1 which is for candidates aspiring for BE/BTech admission. Paper 2A is for students who will be seeking admission into BArch and Paper 2B of JEE Main 2022 Session 2 is for those who want admission in BPlanning course.

The candidates who are residing in India will be writing JEE Main 2022 Session 2 from 25 July 2022 onwards. The dates for writing the exam for candidates residing outside India are different.

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 Paper 1 exam will be conducted on 28 and 29 July 2022. Paper 2A will be conducted on 30 July 2022 and Paper 2B is to be also held on 30 July 2022.

JEE Main 2022 Session 2 Hall ticket download process

The procedure to download is very simple, candidates have to visit the official website ‘https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/#1648447930282-deb48cc0-95ec’ as the first move.

Post website download after clicking the above url, students have to scroll down the page and click the link for download of hall ticket. Post clicking the link, another webpage with url ‘https://examinationservices.nic.in/jeemain22/downloadadmitcard/LoginDOB.aspx?enc=Ei4cajBkK1gZSfgr53ImFVj34FesvYg1WX45sPjGXBr6zOap+YI3RfHX0uXZk7IA’ downloads where the students have to enter their application number, date of birth, security pin and submit them to obtain the hall ticket.

Applicants can also click the url ‘https://examinationservices.nic.in/jeemain22/downloadadmitcard/LoginDOB.aspx?enc=Ei4cajBkK1gZSfgr53ImFVj34FesvYg1WX45sPjGXBr6zOap+YI3RfHX0uXZk7IA’ directly and when the page downloads, candidates have to enter their application number, date of birth, security pin and submit them to obtain the hall ticket.

Jee Main 2022 Session2The first and second session
The first session of the exam was conducted from June 20 to 29 2022. JEE Main 2022 Session 2 would be a very interesting one. It is also interesting note that NTA which conducts the exam, has reopened the application window in connection with JEE Main 2022 Session 2 and kept it open till 11 pm of July 12 2022.

The trend
Sources tracking the developments related to JEE Main 2022 Session 2 on the second day, said the question distribution among the three subjects – physics, chemistry were quite equal. The questions however, were a bit more from organic chemistry on second day, say sources.

A.S. Murthy, a physics teacher with a CBSE school said a few students have mentioned that questions from the physics paper were easy. However, certain numerical questions required elaborate calculations, he said.

JEE Main 2022 Session 2The exam
JEE Main 2022 Session 2 will be conducted in morning and afternoon shifts. The duration to answer questions in JEE Main 2022 Session 2 will be 3 hours and 3 hours 30 minutes.

Exam will be conducted in first and second shift. The timings for exam with duration of 3 hours is morning shift would be from 9 am to 12 pm and afternoon shift will be from 3 pm to 6 pm. The same for exam with a duration of 3 hours 30 minutes is 9 am to 12:30 pm and 3 pm to 6:30 pm.

Students must remember that those who write either one among Paper 1 (BE/BTech), Paper 2A (BArch) or Paper 2B (BPlanning) in JEE Main 2022 Session 2 will get 3 hours to answer the questions.

Candidates appearing for both BArch and BPlanning both will get a duration of 3 hours 30 minutes to answer questions in JEE Main 2022 Session 2. Students must remember to carry their admit card while attending the exam, they must show the admit card to the authorities at the test centre to gain entry.
