ICAI Exam releases (May 2020) form

There has been a development worth noting for students of Chartered Accountancy. The exam forms for CA Foundation, IPCC/Intermediate and CA Final (old/new course) have been released. The last date for submitting these forms is 26 February.

The forms were released by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on their website ‘icaiexam.icai.org‘ on 5 February. Candidates who have registered for their respective programmes with ICAI and those who have finished their study period can submit the form.

ICAI Exam

Candidates must remember that the last date to submit the forum is 26 February without fine. Should a candidate be unable to submit the form on or before 26 February, he or she can do it with on or before 4 March with a late fee payment of Rs 600. The amount Rs 600 must be paid along with the examination fee.

Application fee for Indian exam centers, Khatmandu exam centres and exam centers at Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Doha for CA Foundation exam are Rs 1500, Dollar 325 and Rs 2200 respectively. Similarly, application fee for the same centres for CA IPCC/Intermediate (both groups) are Rs 2700, Dollar 500 and Rs 3400 respectively.

ICAI Exam- Application fee for CA IPCC/Intermediate exam (Any one group) for the same exam centres are Rs 1500, Dollar 325 and Rs 2200 respectively. Application fee for exam centres at the same location for CA Final old/new syllabus (Both groups) are Rs 3300, Dollar 550 and Rs 4000 respectively.

Application fee for same exam centres with regards to CA Final old/ new syllabus exam (Any one group) are Rs 1800, Dollar 325 and Rs 2200. Candidates must keep their registration letter before filling the exam form so that they can enter the registration number correctly.

Candidates must also keep with them the documents of previously qualified exam like Class 12 marksheets, Graduation certificate, CA Foundation course document while filling in the application form for exams.

ICAI Exam – They must also have a scanned copy of photograph and their signatures. These things must be uploaded where ever required. Candidates must also have with them valid debit or credit card for payment of application fee online.
