Feb 24 is the last date for filling CTET Application Forms

CTET Application Forms – Central Board of Secondary Education has announced the dates for CTET 2020 Exam of July session. CTET exam will be held on 5 July. Those who will attend the exam must know that they can download the notification related to CTET at the website ‘ ctet.nic.in.’

The candidates can fill the application form for the exam till 24 February, the website to obtain application form is ‘Link The last date to pay the online application fee is 3:30 pm of 27 February.

The authorities conducting the exam have also increased the application fee this year. As per the revised norms the new application fee applicable is Rs 1000 (only for Paper-1 or Paper-2) for General and OBC category candidates. And fee for both Paper-1 and Paper-2 for same categories is Rs 1200. The fee for SC, ST and Differently Abled category students is Rs 500 (only for Paper-1 or Paper-2) and Rs 600 for both Paper-1 and Paper-2 for the same category students.

CTET Application Forms

CTET is an examination held to know the eligibility of candidates as school teachers for classes I to VIII. Candidates who wish to become teachers for students of Class I to V have to answer Paper-1 who want to teach Classes of VI to VIII to have answer Paper-2. The candidates have an option for writing both the papers also.

Candidates who qualify in CTET will obtain TET eligibility certificates using which they can apply for the post of teachers in schools across the country. The validity period for the certificate is for seven years from the date of its issue.
