Fine chance to correct errors in NEET App till 19 March

Candidates who have already registered for NEET 2020 exam have news worth noting. National Testing Agency has opened the window for correcting mistakes made while filling NEET 2020 application. Candidates who feel they have made errors while filling the information in NEET 2020 application earlier can now go to NTA website to make rectifications.

Window has been opened for making rectifications on official website of NTA ‘ntaneet.nic.in‘ the corrections can be done going to the above website till 12:00 am of 19 March. The correction window is said to have opened on 13 March. Aspirants from Jammu and Kashmir who have submitted applications offline can also make rectifications online. And candidates who have applied and paid the application fee before the last date can make corrections.

NTA sources say, candidates have to make use of this opportunity in a wise manner as no further chance will be given to make corrections. The information entered while making rectifications will finally appear on admit card of NEET 2020. The details where corrections can be made are given below:

Personal Information
Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Category, Nationality, state of eligibility (for 15% all India quota), Do you belong to Do you belong to minority category? Are you suffering from Diabetes type 1? In case of girl candidate, are you only child of your parents?
Identification type, Identification number

Information on Class-12th
School board of class 12th/qualifying examination, Name of the school/college (passed/appearing), Address of the school/college, Place of study, State where class XII school/college is located, Qualifying examination code, Year of passing/ appearing class XII qualifying exam, percentage of marks obtained in class 12th qualifying exam, Roll number of class 12th

Information about Class 11
Name of school/college, Year of passing, Place of study, State where class XI school/college is located, District where class XI school/college is located

Information related to Class 10
Name of school board education, Name of school/ college, Address of school/college, Year of passing, Percentage of marks obtained in class 10th.

Candidates can also undertake corrections related to choice of language of question paper, choosing city for writing exam and also photographs. The link to be clicked to perform corrections is ‘https://ntaneet.nic.in/ntaneet/online/CandidateLogin.aspx‘ Candidates have to fill their application number and password after the required page downloads after clicking the above link. The candidates have to pay a fee for making corrections in their application form through debit card, credit card, net banking. NTA also sends sms to those candidates who have made errors while filling application form due some valid reason, even they too can make the corrections in this schedule.
