About the Role
Drive organic growth for CollegeChalo by managing our SEO strategy and content pipeline. You will lead a team of writers to produce high-quality, search-optimized content about colleges, exams, courses, and careers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategy to grow organic traffic
- Manage content calendar and editorial pipeline
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Optimize existing content for search performance
- Lead a team of 3-4 content writers
- Track and report on SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)
Requirements
- 3-6 years of SEO and content marketing experience
- Proven track record of growing organic traffic
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC)
- Strong editorial and writing skills
- Experience managing a content team
