About the Role
Manage paid acquisition channels to drive high-quality student leads. You will own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels with a focus on maximizing ROI and reducing cost per lead.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage monthly ad budgets of INR 10-20 lakhs
- Set up conversion tracking and attribution models
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Generate weekly performance reports with insights
- Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives
Requirements
- 2-5 years of performance marketing experience
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics
- Understanding of funnel optimization and lead gen campaigns
- Education industry experience is a plus
